The dialogue forum under civil society and reconciliation project was to bring different stakeholder to discuss and explore the possibilities to implementing charity act and affirmative action in Puntland. These sub-topics fall under main themes of civic education, resource sharing, human rights and introducing new policy whereby civil society and government jointly agreed.

 These concepts of the forum might not be something new for many parts of the world, but with the raising acknowledgement of the importance of citizen’s rights and responsibility, the topics raised significant presence context.
