“Poor Puntland CAN’T CATCH A BREAK” Somali Family Services (SFS) in partnership with UNHCR responded immediately to the tropical cyclone storm crisis by distributing 1000 Non-Food-Items (NFI) consisting of full kitchen, blankets, plastic tents, mats and water tanks. With close coordination with UNHCR team and tropical cyclone storm disaster humanitarian coordination committee (TSDC) lead by general director of Ministry of Interior and general director of Ministry of Health, positioned in Dongoroyo district and relocated on Nov 17, 2013 to Qarxis authorized UNHCR and SFS to distribute 1000 families NFI in the following locations; Ceel-Madoobe-270 families; Laaso Xajiin-191 families; Xoolo Keen; 39families;Budunbuto-300 families; Baarwaayne-200 families
