Himiladaada Hano/Achieve Your Dreams
Friend of Somali Family Services wrote a new book about self-improvement in Somali language.
Minneapolis, Minnesota. On March 15, 2013 well organized book launches took place at the Lighthouse Academy which is a charter school that many immigrant students in Minneapolis go. The event hosted and facilitated by Abdurashid Ali, Somali Family Services Executive Director.
Many Diaspora come and bought the books and appreciated the content of the book, community leaders and people who are working with community also embraced the quality of the book.
Mohamed Ziibad who is a close friend of SFS read the book and highlighted why he wrote this book. Himiladaada Hano is first it is kind in Somali language. Many books have left the desk and the boxes. Minneapolis Public Library representative who spoke at the event committed to buy the book and put on the library shelves.
