The 2014 – 2018 Strategic Plan is a necessary tool for SFS to map its work for the next five years. This plan will contribute to the realization of SFS vision and mission. The plan will be used by SFS as a fundraising tool for its sustainability and monitoring progress. The plan outlines specific objectives, strategies and activities that SFS will engage in during the 5 year period. This plan is a useful too for monitoring and performance of SFS. Further this plan will ensure that resources are utilized to achieve SFS planned results as it outlines authorities and responsibilities of various SFS functions. Finally this plan outlines the processes of participatory planning, M&E by all SFS stakeholders.
