The P.O.W.E.R Programme strengthens inclusive governance, women’s leadership, and youth civic participation across Somalia. Through community dialogue platforms, leadership forums, and social accountability mechanisms, the programme empowers women and young people to actively participate in local decision-making processes.
Working closely with communities, local authorities, and civil society organizations, the initiative promotes transparency, accountability, and responsive governance while creating opportunities for citizens to influence policies and public service delivery.
