To establish an independent community radio station that promotes and enhances civic participation, health, accountability and strong government-citizen relations. Radio Sahan is a public affairs radio station committed promoting government accountability and strengthen civil society through programming that focuses on democracy, human rights, peace building, health  and education. The station will serve as a crucial source of information for Puntland citizens, and will work to promote active, responsible citizenship through involvement in advocacy and public policy.
